About

This is the Houston chapter of No Kidding! We are an all-volunteer, non-profit social and activity group for childfree and childless singles and couples. Any adult (age 18 and over) is welcome to join as long as you have never had children. We host at least one or two events per month in and around the Houston area. There are no dues or fees for membership, although we occasionally "pass the hat" to help cover our expenses.

No Kidding! Houston is one among many No Kidding! chapters. For a list of chapters and more info on this international organization, go to www.nokidding.net.

About Houston

By Kathy P.

We have heat 9 months out of the year, hurricanes in the fall, and still more people live in one county then the entire state of Oregon. Can that many people really be wrong about Houston, Texas? The Houston City Statistical Area (CSA) covers 12,476 square miles, an area larger than Maryland (12,297 square miles). Houston is the 4th largest city in the county.

Kemah Boardwalk, Space Center Houston, Moody Gardens, Minute Maid Park, Schlitterbahn, Houston Zoo, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, Traders Village and the Houston Museum of Natural Science are among Texas's top attractions, according to a recent survey.
