Refund Policy

Payments are refundable ONLY until April 9, 2010. At that point we will need to pay the catering fees to the hotel and we will no longer have the money to refund you. If you can't attend, it will be your responsibility to find someone to take your place and reimburse you for your registration fee.

• PayPal Refunds
  Refund amount will be less than your payment, because we will subtract your original service fee AND the additional service fee for the refund. In other words, your refund on your $88 payment would be $82. Once we have paid the catering fee to the hotel on April 9, 2010 there will be no more refunds.


• Check Refunds
  Checks will not be deposited until early March. If you need to cancel before March, just let us know via e-mail and we will tear up your check. Due to the cost of postage, we will not return your check to you unless you send us a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope or make arrangements to meet up with Amanda in person at her convenience.
  
  Once the checks are deposited and the hotel caterers, the registration fee will be non-refundable. If for some reason you can't attend, it will be your responsibility to find someone to take your place and "buy" your registration from you.
